It's 30 fps (Source: Have couriers / wards animating in game)

You can download the courier files from the website and test for yourself

First is that they be submitted with both a walking AND flying model. Both models must share the same 512H x 512W texture. The walking courier moves at a speed of 300 units per second. The flying version moves at 350, but can move up to 522 when it is Bursted.

    Thank you for the confirmation!

I am encountering another problem, I am getting zero skin weights problems when I try to add controls to the rig. Any ideas? Or is that not possible with the importer?

one thing doesnt influence the other

the weight problem is probably on your skin, not on how you control the bones

the hierarchy should be like that

your vertices as controled by the bones
your bones are controled by the controlers

what defines how the bones affect the vertices is the skin weight, one should not influence the other

    hope that helps
