Hello,as I need something new for my outdated portfolio I decided to model a small Diablo 3 environment.I still need to decide if I should good with completely hand-painted look or with mix of sculpting and painting? Environment currently has 4000Tris.

Modeled a tree base mesh,a tutorial for fantasy trees would be helpful if someone knows one pls post.
Looking at the ref, id also work out a strategy to get the grass looking gorgeous and 3d, as thats a large element of the scene.
It just quick ao and normal bake applied onto low poly tree.

I still need to model the top part of the tree and fix the AO map in some places.
Does anyone know how to compress the gif format too sizes like 1mb as 4.5mb is a bit too much for internet.
