Working on this guy head now. Hoping to get it recognizable as I have not sculpted real person head before. Feedback appreciated.

Looks good and almost immediately recognizable - so you''re doing well. A few small things though:
-the whole head feels a bit too wide
-his jawline feels too strong, too.
-the eyelids are too curved. they should be have a bit of a sharp corner above the 'middle' side of the iris.
-his ears have a bit of an outward curl (very visible in this photo andthis one)
Geospheres rule, regular spheres drool!

Thanks for comments. I did some tweaks (thanks for picking it up Snader) and polished surface. Now I will be adding some more details. Here is updated version.

@glottis8 : I use wax brush and flatten brush to shape everything.

I'm liking it. The spec needs a bit of work, and it needs some SSS, but yeah, love it.

Oh yeah. It's not finished. Still will be working on shirt and holster. Have to make proper eyes. And then will be playing with rendering. For now it's just mudbox screenshot. Thanks for comments.

I have played a bit with Mudbox lighting set up and photoshop. Here is result. I am still planning to render it properly in the future but for now that what I have. Hope you like it.
