I recently won Tencent's gallery competition this past weekend at PAX east and won a full zbrush license. I'm not a modeler and don't plan on using this as it should be used so I figured I could sell it cheaply to anyone who probably couldn't afford the $700 and $500 might be more within reason. If you are interested give me a shout!

Free might be more within reason. especially for any artist out there who have lost their job and could benefit from a free copy of zb. since you got it for free, not really a loss.

Yup, Pixologic is fine with it, you just have to pay them $50

A brand new commercial lic Zbrush is usually priced for only $80 more on sale by resellers.
Try not to use a reseller in your state if they r then required to charge tax and if they offer free shipping u pay no more than $580.

Not sure if the best prices come from Authorized dealers but most will match a popular low price no problem. ( eg. jeff meeker @ simulistic.com is an authorised reseller )
