Wow! Such a great concept. I like the idea, it reminds me "Incitatus" the Horse of the mad Roman Emperor Caligula. This one has real potential! Gonna check the progress more frequently.

Wow, didn`t see this before, really amazing!!!! may be you should add some geometry to the skulls area, they look a little bit flat, and since you`re under the 1500 limit, i think it`s worth it
