As long as you learn something from it and have fun then it's worth it. Good luck.

Welcome to polycount! I like mace nr 7 tho i suggest you dont use the pink background since it steals attention from what really matters. The silhouette ^^ right now it is a bit hard read the shapes. Good luck on the rest of the work

It looks like the first three are the only ones that would fit the proxy's dimensions. The main issue I see with those three is that they have some delicate looking features (thin lines) and floating pieces. Floating pieces are a no go last I checked, and the small, thin elements need to be bulked up.

yup i totally agree those ones were just experimenting with forms, oh and the floating pieces are just a bi product of Alchemy seeing as by the the looks of it im a very late contestant so i kind have to rush the conception stage and develop mace number 3 make it look more menacing and more mace like

I would like to see where you go with your organic designs of the 4th (head) and 5th from first post, they are kinda promising.
First one from the second pic with the sonicish head is my favorite, combined with handle and pommel from second one.the mace is quite boring compared to those curvy ones.
Wish you good luck and fun with the lower poly stuff!

You might want to make it more obvious that these designs are maces. I wasn't sure what weapon type I was looking at and would have guessed axe.

It looks more like a mace now, but I think it would still benefit from being beefed up significantly. It looks more like a staff/wand that a witch doctor would use rather than a club for an ogre (not necessarily what you want but just an example).

For instance:
