I'm going to be doing an axe, probably core style or demonic, not sure yet ! Here's a few thumbs with some minor details so far.

Dig 2 - 3 - 5 so far. (left to right)
Personally I think 3 the most just because of the odd asymmetrical weighting.

Hi Kelli, those thumbs look great. Liking the second ones in from either side.

Lol hi Brad! And thanks guys. Here's another set of thumbs! I might do some more, or go back to refine some now... after I sleep.

Looking good. I like the silhouette of the last one in the first batch you did.

Last two axes from first post seems to fit best two handed weapon proportions. Third one from second batch also have nice forms. Cant wait to see more.

3rd from the first and 5th from the second are looking awesome and deadly.
5th from second could use a slightly bigger blade though..

Thanks everyone for the opinions! I really don't know which ones I'll pick to refine and fix proportions for now. Maybe a few of them? Here's 6 more thumbnails, one kinda fixed from a previous one because it looked like it had a nose!

The 3rd one on the top's silhouette sings for some reason. Really nice shapes!

Thank you guys ^^ I will do some refining on the first and last set #3s. And here's a first of a few color tests! Not really sure if I like a bone blade more, or maybe some kind of dark demonic metal/carapace type blade. With the bone blade I'd have to do more balancing to put more bone color in maybe the handle or bottom part.

Haha, definitely pulling some xenomorph styling. This is great, simple and elegant. Loving it so far

Thanks suburbbum! With what you said, I tried just testing something a little more flashy with it, not quite sure if I like it more or not though. And maybe it is looking a little too alien and not demonic enough.

Oh my, how did I miss this one!
Ditto on nr4, it seems the most structurally sound.
