Drew up a couple of concepts that I'm still deciding on, thought I'd get some opinion on it before going further.
The handle bars will be longer in the final of course and if I can complete one to my liking then I may start on another weapon, as of now I am 50/50 on which axe I should do.

Demonic Axe, I had this idea in my head of a weapon that had a beating heart that beats faster as more blood is drawn, like a vampire. Seeing the heart animated would be pretty cool too, but too bad I guess.

I kind of prefer the first one over the second, but I guess I need to make it fit the Joe Mad/Darksiders art style more. Crits/Comments appreciated.
Still unsure about the colors, I'm afraid of adding too much gold and at the same time I don't want to give it too many different colors. I'll probably experiment a little more.
Awesome, thanks for the input Suburbum. You hit the nail, I was a bit indecisive on the pommel and grip honestly. I'll eliminate some details that don't work.
