Based off of this concept:



So, this is my first ever asset to use Sub-D:



Here is the Low-Poly and wires (kinda dim on the left), with base colors blocked out:


I don't really know what colors to use (this will be my first textured piece), i don't know if these fit very well. Tommorrow I have a ton of tutorials lined up to learn texturing, if you guys got any tips for me to get started post away!

Great start! 2 things id recommend. firstly, if you're not sure what direction to go, get reference, some more reference, and then to top it off a little more reference.

second. Material definitions. Learn how to represent different materials with your dif/spec.
