Our studio is currently looking for a few talented freelance level designers interested in working in a pay-per-map model. We're working on a Unreal Engine 3 title and we need people with experience creating levels for the engine. Some of the skills required for this job are:
- Talent with plain brushwork: creating good levels with nothing but brushes
- Understanding the environment: creating levels that capture the game idea and pave the way for outstanding gameplay flow
- Less is better: Less focus on eye candy and more focus on what really matters, gameplay!
- Having a passion for classic arena shooters and fast paced gameplay
