Wavy lines and weird Normal map

I'm trying to get a normal map from this cylindrical object:

But this is what I get once I bake the normal map in 3d studio max:

So my questions are:

1- How to solve those wavy weird lines? I've tried painting in Photoshop but I got weird artifacts, and come up the seam. Probably because I changed the tangent basis doing this.

I've also tried changing the shape of the cage in several ways but nothing.


2- The bottom part is the most difficult to fix, because the mesh is rolled , so maybe changing the UV in some way?

3- Even with the normal map aparently correct in some parts, at some angles I think it should be better rendered. Or is it normal because it is a very Low Poly object? Problem of the 3ds max render engine maybe?

4- Maybe I could change the Unwrap in some way, but I don't know how..
