Well this is looking really good but here's a paintover with a few nitpicks.
Muscles: You need to work on your anatomy here. This guy is meant to be a man isnt he? give him some bigger arms. Also move them further out from the body to give him a wider, more "bad ass" frame.
Bigger shoes: You're *almost* there in terms of shoe size but don't be afraid to push it a little further. Remember, big tough men need heavy foundations in the form of huge feet.
Hair: Anatomy again here. You forgot the hair. Judging by his shoes he's a very powerful clown so I suggest orange/red for the hair. Think of the most important clown you know - Yep... Ronald Mcdonald. Is he bald? No. He has red hair.
Fingerless Gloves: Without knowing much background on this piece I can only assume he's part of some kind of clown resistance. Nothing says "resistance" like fingerless gloves! Plus they're super cool and an important part of any 3d character.

Its not that. You just almost seem like you're... enabling him ;)
You have a pretty decent base mesh, gmax. Do you know how to use subtools or whatever its called in WetDirtCube?

if you're going to clown (hah) around, yeah.
So far, it looks..like an improvement. Anatomy is definitely a step ahead of the army men from earlier, so I'd say good work. Keep working on it all, especially the textures. The lips look a bit odd, but that's something i notice in a lot of models.
Also, at least he isn't just asking other people to make his team fortress 2 ideas for him.

Thanks will keep that in mind and update the progress whenever time can allow it, (bit busy with high school atm).
However my aim with the character was really to make a semi-realistic and cartoon resistance soldier, I did not really expect he would come out nearly as Ronald McDonald.... might have to adjust the feet.... but will see what i can do.

Wet Dirt -> Also known as Mud
Cube -> Also known as a Box
WetDirtCube = MudBox
Tada!
Yeah, the ends of his shoes are pretty ridiculously big, and you've got some banding going on in your texture.

Just get in the car and go get your effing Big Mac mate, it clouds your conceptual mind.

Although a clown would kinda work.. but is nothing to do with this, so my point stands, get nuggets... then return with clear mind.
My crit is that the top half is alright (sleeves need longer...) and the ankles and calves is what is letting this down... get to work on the feet... the thighs look long because the knees are too low.
He's about 6 and half to 7 heads tall... makes him short, is that what you want?
Keep at.

What is going on in this thread? Im with WillMac, go get some Mc Donalds, Harry.
gmax5 - Your proportions seem fine to me, but the anatomy is off. Go grab some refs close to what you want to accomplish in this piece, sculpt away and come back for some more crits. Also, the clothes look quite mushy and unresolved, try getting references for those too, and try to copy them as best you can. Good luck
