Hi all,
new user, been doing 3d some years, got interested about game stuff some months ago..
long story short, here's something I'm working on atm and planning to exercise with them more about game art workflow.

You're definitely right about all these. One of my problems is that I need to be a little more daring with the skin colors I choose. It seems like whenever I need to paint skin, I'm immediately afraid of going overboard and I end up pulling my punches.
Anyway, I'd absolutely love a paintover if you get the time.

His muscles look like balloons, TheDarkKnight, and Bane (at least the movie version) is more bulky than ripped

I don't suppose anyone could give me a few pointers on creating the hair?

Yeah I've made him a little more ripped then the movie version, might tone it down a bit, not sure yet, wanted something that represented the movie version, not a complete replica.
Might keep it like this with some muscle refinement or go for that bulky look, not sure yet

This is pretty cool, man. I hope you don't mind, I made a quick zbrush version of this concept. The result it's not so cool as yours, but it was a good practice.
