Easiest, best way to detriangulate a model?
on 05-01-2010 09:38 AM
I've got a complicated head model I need to detriangulate. What's the best way to do this? I have no knowledge of programming or scripts...
I use 3ds Max; would this work?

I heard that it's not very good with more detailed models, but not sure if anyone else has some experience with it?
Thanks,
Mr. B

Well... to be honest that method falls apart pretty quick on complex geometry.
Quadrify works a lot better. Its not prefect but its easier and works in edit poly.
One button too.
