Hi everyone.
Doubt if anyone remembers me, it's been absolutely ages since I last was here.

Used to make models for UT back in 99 and 2000 I think and was around here a lot, trying to absorb some knowledge and insight.
I wasn't any good at it but I had fun and learned a lot.
I stopped, and eventually faded from the Polycount boards.

A good while back I started on a hobby project that requires I model a bit.
That means I need to bush up, a lot.
Started that a few months ago and just now remembered good old Polycount.

I see a lot has changed, the board seems to have become more industry focused than it allready was.
As such I have no idea if there is still a place here for hobbyists like me, or even if placing introductory posts is still considered appropriate.
But if there is, I'm back and I'll be posting WIP's and begging for advice just like I used to do in no time flat

(found my old sig, will post it this once to hopefully jog some memories, images can do that )

Welcome back Xolo! Industry focused yes, but also just as educationally focused, I hope as ever. I'm sure I speak for most Polycounters when I say we look forward to seeing your WIP's and the result of your project!

Welcome back to Polycount. Your name is familiar. Intro threads are not banned yet, but I've heard that's in the works. Unfortunately I don't fully remember you, you were probably way before my time. I think I started posting 'round '02? /shrug

Nice to meet ya. If you're looking for technical help or artistic feedback for game shit, this is the place to be.

Thanks for the warm welcome folks.
Good to see some familiar names again and good to know that that some at least vaguely remember me.

Also very hapy to see that the hobby crowd is still welcome.
I look forward to getting my WIP postings critted to hell and back and learning from that experience.
