Yo guys im new here and am new at modeling have been playing around with these programs almost 3 months i think and well came up with a design for a sniper rifle :P, please guys let me know what you think. Im still trying to learn how to texture but well have never been good with coloring :S so yeah i think by the time i texture this thing i might be very old :P nahh just kiding well please let me know what you think will put up the first idea i had for it but my scanner not working need drivers

im no gun nut, but that stock seems kind of boxy. also, i see two, possibly three clips? im guessing there is a weapon underslung below the sniper rifle, but its not very apparent.



see how that is almost a gun in itself? i would try fleshing that out a bit more. excellent start though

Interesting, is it intentional that your model bares almost no resemblance to your concept sketch? I'm quite a fan of the more ergonomical curvature on the sketch, the model comes off as quite boxy and ad-hoc, as though many different parts were thrown together. The scope looks very good.

well the model was supposed to be like the drawing but then i modified it to what you see now. and yes it has 3 Clips 2 on the back for extra ammo, they are not intended as a extra weapon. i agree it does look a bit boxy but the reason i changed it is because the But of the gun would not let the face be in a comfortable position for the scope.
