This is a mercenary game model and sculpt targeted quality for a AAA nextgen game i hope.
He's got two outfits one casual the other the venture outfit. I'm still currently finishing up the venture outfit's textures,
I'm also thinking of sporting him a cowboy hat. This guy looks like a kill-for-hire dude out in the himalayas or something.

You got some nice accessory detail on the high poly. As he's wearing a holster, I think he should have a gun too. Also I would make the torso a little shorter.

@Driller : What in particular looks lumpy, can you please be more specific. I'd love to consider your critique as it may help me learn from previous mistakes that i won't carry over the next models i make. Thanks..

@ EmAr : Yup, that's exactly what i was thinking. I will give him a handgun, a cowboy hat and a nice smirk on his face with cigar is on the works. The links are fixed now, thanks for notice.

very nice.. the only thing I'd say is the forehead seems a bit too large and I could see the torso being proportionally too large as well - but neither really bother me that much. great job.

Really nice work on those textures! I think everything looks awesome in the highpoly but i'm a little unsure of his face. Maybe he looks to much like a nice guy? Btw, this one goes to the subscribed ones (:

@ sltr: you're not the only one thinks that, i'll definitely rework the face. Gotta bring more attitude to those looks.

In the meantime here is the outfits textured to a finish, i'm going to work on the head now.

Just finished these next gen characters, it is for a paintball game. I tried

to raise the quality as much as i could to reach the quality of EA characters

such as those that appear in the NBA and NHL games. Rendered in marmoset and

maya.

here is the main character for the game Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta. This was used in the banner to help promote the game. The head was done by another artist, the rest is mine.

@dogzer : hair was done just using numerous transparent grid planes, with an anistropic shader.

@pedro : it is currently an unannounced title.
