That fishbowl is fantastic. Animate that fish! The sniper his hat is great too. I'm just not sure about the pyro, it doesn't fit his(or her dun dun duuun) personality, well at least I don't get it.

the first one (fishbowl) is a little hard to read, i didnt see it on first look, i just saw an orange floating "graphic bug" near his head, but the idea is fun, it just need a better shading on the glass, maybe some kind of fresnel.

The Elvis hair looks great! I think you could go a bit higher poly though. On the TF2 Contribute website it says 800 polys is the average and yours only looks like a few hundred.

do they rig the hair an stuff to move with the boddy bones? cause that seems like it would be a bitch to work without custom bones, the elvis hair an glasses are top knotch, tho maybe do one with the more iconic elvis glasses gold and all blinged out,, just google elvis sunglasses an you get a ton

Ah... Forgot about the glasses.
Anyway, does anyone have bald/hatless versions of the models such as Engineer and Sniper? I'm not that experienced at modeling so trying to delete their hats isn't going to well.
Also Rhinokey, they'd use jigglebones on moving hair.

Zip, in Max use the Element selection mode to get rid of the hats. They are a separate element.
