Hi

Not usually on this forum. But I really wanted to enter, so I chose the forum I'm familiar with.

Not the best 2D or 3D artist, started about a year ago in this world or art.

Not in it to win it (although that would be nice), this is a good kick in the ass to boost my skills in this field. Plus I can get some GCSE Graphics marks for this

Ok

I've decided to go for a very representational piece, leaving the player to figure things out.

My idea was an evil character reaching the end of his life enters a land of dreams. Here he is shown his past through the eyes of a spectator. This character has done some evil things.

Floating islands will be used as "time landmarks" each representing a bad stage in his life. Amongst these I don't know what I'll have. Need some aspect of free roam.

It relates to endgame because I believe the hardest battle is to face oneself.

The main focus of the scene is mirrors! they will be positioned centrally. (In a game these will be used to jump from island to island)

I'm thinking of making this scene "simulated" actually. Making it a hologram above a sci fi room. There will be placed a chair with some equipment similar to an ECG.
But that is generic and not as unearthly as it could be.

hmm

A very quick mind-to-paper sketch. Yes it looks like a kid's drawing :P

And some higher quality concepts I took more time to create.
