please guys , i want your opinion about the best DVDs/educational resource for

1- learning Photoshop interface .
2- Painting professional textures like games textures etc....
3- Zbrush Latest edition's for begginers .
4- Normal Mapping in ZBrush .

i think fine with 3D . but not an expert in 2D ...
