This is a cool character, I suggest perhaps adding something to break the symmetry in his design. Is he going to have a weapon?
Good Luck

Hey, cheers for the feedback!
I am going to try and introduce some A-symmetry into the character, not quite sure what yet. thinking of lopping off a limb or something:P I also added some little wings up on his back, he still has the big ones coming from his hips.
I started a side view of the torso and head in a break or 2 at work and ive photoshopped it some. i changed the face to a skull like in a really early wip i haven't posted. i may design up a mask that he can put on and take off.

also heres something i also did in my break. I didnt have the file so i had to come back here to use this so the quality isnt top notch. Gave him some hair wings coz i thought it was odd.

Really killer concept dude. I love the pants and the head. I like how he has an almost jester-like look. Like the logo incorporation too!

Good start, I think the eyes are a too big, gives him a slightly toony feel, which I don't think is what you're aiming for. I'd make them smaller.

Small update, made the eye smaller as Bal suggested and looks a ton better. also started detailing the horn. also a lil bit to the neck bit.

really digging that profile concept shot...nice sculpting so far. keep it up the bottom portion of the face kind of reminds me of the underside of a mushroom. maybe look at some mushrooms as reference?

but anyway I've started doing the body, im still working out a proper designfor the arms and kind of the legs. I'll probably do some concepts more specific for them.

wow pancreas, great amount of details coming through in the sculpting. giving him alot of character. top notch
great to see the transfer from concept to 3d has been almost identical in proportions and presence.

It looks as though you are jumping into micro details too soon. A lot of your detail is very flat. Don't be shy to dig in there and gouge out your details to make them pop. I would also avoid using noise, especially at this early stage of sculpting.

Hey cheers for the kind words and critique.
thanks for the advice Xaltar, i do agree with the noise thing ( im assume ur looking at the bit on his back ) that was sort of me playing and forgott o get rid of it :P.
in terms of the detail being flat as you say, im trying to keep it relativley flat so i can keep is as low poly as i can and have the normal map do alot of the work. This way i can throw more polys around in an area that might need it more, or just keep it as low as i can. coz i still have to think of how im going to go around the feathers,
I'm going to start modeling the arms and legs some tme today before i sculpt any more so keep an eye out for that.
have a good one

Wow ! I'm fan ! the concept is really good. Unlike other concepts of Horned-Demons that are more brutal and bestial, there is a certain nobility that emerges from this one.
He is really a Prince of the Nine Hells
