I decided to go with a Demon Lord who is,....., well he is, ummm ......EVIL! Yah and really really mean, who doesn't like people, so that's why he will probably be toruturing and wearing them as jewerly or something! I will think up something to go along with him, but in the meantime I think his name will be Balial, and I will post updates on the front page to keep track of things. Hope you like some of my work, and please feel free to give any comments or critiques to make it better!

Hope you dont mind i threw a few of my favourite bits from your concepts together, if you were considering going with the puppet theme you could consider having a much larger version similar in proportion to the puppet being controlled.

lovely, a smorgasboard! I like 1, 13, 39, 41,42, 45, 47's weapon, 49 and 50. Don't do the backspiky warhammer thing from 44! If i had to pick a favourite it would be 42, would be great to see that as a really grody grey skinned baba yaga hag gorgon/ medusa abomination thing. Can't wait for the line drawings!
