Looks good, I think she needs bigger boobs though, to give it a little more sex appeal. But overall, looks great!

I chuckled at ashley's comment at first, thinking 'that's silly', then looked again..
as fine as I am with small boobs I do agree - they look flat, at least in these shots. maybe bump it up JUST a tad, not necessarily for sex appeal (which does help sell games) but just to look more feminine.. unless that's what you were going for.
the rest of it is very solid, good work. I'm assuming you've done high poly characters before, judging by how this came out

Thank you very much for your commentary, it is true she is a girl with small boobs and in this poses seems to be too thin.
Here are the high poly images

I think the reason people are commenting on the breasts is because there is a lot of shaping and shadowing in the shirt, but not much breast volume to speak of. I like the size of her chest as it is, but perhaps the folds on the shirt are a bit much for such a minor frame. Of course, you can't really reference the way a shirt goes over a man's chest, it'll look more like a dude in a skirt. Maybe I've just negated my own argument.
Cool character, anyway.

I find that the face is too much either gender. As much as a female mercenary might have qualities like being able to kick people's asses - her face at present looks like it could very well be male. Maybe a male vampire, but still male. Might consider making her brow seem less pronounced (Not necessarily on the model, could just lighten up the area right above her eyes), her lips a bit smoother, and also something about that bottom lip seems very "detached" to me. Almost like she's got those giant fake lips in her mouth as opposed to them actually being part of her face. I notice it most with the bottom lip.
But I don't really know what the hell I'm talking about, usually. So who knows.

great job overall but I would lay off the darkness around her eyes a bit she looks like a heroin addict perhaps? Shes kind of gaunt overall and the dark eye pits really give this junkie look. Unless you were going for a wasted look?
otherwise I really like her physique it has very nice curves and flows well for a female char good job

I like it, but she looks more like Nathan the drag queen. Her skin is too hard and dirty looking. her chest is odd. It looks completely flat, like a guy wearing a woman's top and he is filling it out somehow.
The facial proportions look off.

Have you considered using a SSS map for the skin? That could improve the skin considerably (although I'm not sure what your restrictions are for this character). I think the hair could use a tad bit more polygons; some parts a bit too hard to be interpreted as flowing hair. I'm guessing the 1bit alpha was a technical restriction as well?
As for the face, I think your proportions and structure are good, but it's the makeup style that's a bit odd. The heavy makeup under the eye is giving her a goth look, but the rest of her doesn't match. Since she seems more like a trampy (no offense, I assume that's what you were going for), Domino-type of character, try focusing on the makeup for the upper eyelid and lessen the bottom tad bit. I think the lip area as someone was mentioning seems "stuck on," I think it's the sharp change of geometry on the bottom part of the lip to the chin.
Now that I look at the nose more, the sides of the nostrils could be fattened a bit more and raised upward - the overall shape of the nose seems a bit too triangular.
Was this character inspired by Mercenaries btw? She sorta reminds me of Fiona Taylor / Jennifer Mui.

The face really needs something to make her more female, currently she looks like a transvestite hooker.
What it is, is eylashes. You could add bigger boobs, but the sex appeal will come only after she has feminine eyelashes. Currently the eyes look male.

The shapes of those hipoly boots are really strange. What material are you emulating?

I also think you should add eye lashes though. Nothing too crazy though.
