It's viral marketing for Singularity. It is kind of hokey but from what I heard that is what they were going for.

it's like, soviet theme will be always fashionable for people who don't live in it...yeah

But this viral project is little silly...i mean all this stamps...If russian, it should have name Ivan, Sergei, Nikolai, Katya, Natasha...and last name with *chev,*ov or *ich in end...
and it works.
