I just redid my website and wanted to show it here because I am looking for a job as a environmental artist/prop artist. I use 3ds max, photoshop cs2 and zbrush 2.

Where the hell are the wireframes?!? Also don't show your models against a black background. You've obviously got some skill, but I wouldn't hire you based on the way you're presenting yourself

Your site layout is a mess. It's so much random stuff. Some is ok, others are hurting you. For example, that old mythic art test that is a huge miss shouldn't be on here. Also, I see nothing that shows knowlege of zbrush.

Yea I wanted to show some wireframes of the models but I had to reinstall my drives and lost everything, except the newest work of the stargate fan art. So yea I will go and atleast have the renders there with a gray background. Thanks for the advice.

Cholden your right on the zbrush presentation, I only used its for a couple of pieces and it was when i wanted to get a little more detail out of the model, I guess not big enough to notice. So on my next project Ill use zbrush to the fullest to clearly show I know how to use it. Thanks for the tip.

get rid of the pistol, the texture the model etc is really bad , the highpoly renders are all inconsistent anc chaotic , you cant quite make out what is supposed to be what etc. Also get rid of the art tests except this one :

it seems it was done by another person ? altho the spec is also kinda weird. Then just organize the layout better because this portfolio right now is chaotic

fix that, and keep working

So you don"t like the thermometer? That light generator was done by me, its some of my new work so maybe thats why it looks like it was done by someone else.

Looking at your portfolio I think its clear that you're competent, and possibly pretty good. I just think you need some a few new pieces and to get rid of a few old ones to really drive it home.
