But my concept got disapproved..
Original specs are 1000 triangles and 1024^1024 texture maps.. but since the concept got disapproved I wont be fearing going over the limit. I'll use those specs as guidelines tho'

Sexy!
1000 tri might take some top notch modeling to pull her off well with all the curves and the wings and what not. I'm anxious to see it though.
Also game-artist.net? There are so many forums now.

Ya, and everyone stole our idea of a WAYWO thread.
Cool character! Agreed that you could go for a higher polycount. Can't wait to see it.

Thanks dude, yeah I agree I'll probably double the triangle count depending on the silhouette I get.
Also game-artist.net exists like 2 years or so now, recently taken over be CG Society.

Awwww why do you gotta cover the boobies!?

Liked the previous design more, ladybugs look simple, well maybe not from up-close, but still.

Thanks I agree... but some people were like... the back has got some nice designs you should do something with the front also..
Shall I just tone it down a bit? Or completely get rid of it?
edit--
Iooks allot better without covering the boobs I'd say =)

dunno. I think it makes the boobs look like round balls which isn't too hot in my opinion. but hey, whatever floats your boat.
but if you're going with that design I think it'd be neat if it had some more impact on the rest of the body. maybe?

Its looking pretty cool, I love the design. I think you should remove the harsh angular shapes along her body, they upset the whole flow and curviness of the rest of the image, like a big clunk. I'd add flowing shapes along the body like you have in the rear drawings. You could perhaps try using red oblong shapes for where the nipples will be and add some straps which flow over the breasts like the costume design of LeLu in the Fifth Element.

The Face/Head and Back design are absolutely fantastic. Looks like you're struggling with the front torso, I'd consider something more organic rather than these sci-fi isolated strips.

Exactly..
Imo the thing that's bothering me is that the face/back look intresting enough even though they are simple. I just cant get the front to look intresting/nice while keeping it simple, thus going over board and make it look terrible.
If right now I was to choose what to go with it would be the one I posted #12.
I think I'll go ahead and start making a base model to import to zBrush. I never used zBrush before so ill have to figure that out while I work with it. I did however check out all(well..most of) the video tuts on zClassroom on zBrush's website. So looking forward to some advice while I'm learning zBrush!

i'm curious as to whether or not the struggle you have w/the front torso is the fact that you really like having here body all exposed. could that be? i mean...in the past, i would draw some sexy girls...w/some bits exposed. then try and dress her up w/gear and what not. but if i really was happy w/my exposed sexy bits....i'd design around them. i try not to do that anymore. just wondering if that could be the case here. if not, then disregard post.
but if that is the case....you could dress up her entire front torso w/some cool design elements similar to the underside of a ladybug....and still keep it.....sexy. tee hee.

Yeah could be..
My original plan was to give her some...'padding' on the front. Like this:

I'll make an update tomorrow... now its time to sleep

I don't know about you, but if my boobs were in that thing, my nipples would be screaming... in a bad way.
Picture that if you will... yuh, you like it :P
I like the tattoo like designs, made it more interesting. Keep it up!
