Damn they were awesome, it's sad to see the last one of them go... Frank and Ollie's "The Illusion of Life" is about as close as you can get to an animators bible...
Gonna go pop in the old Frank and Ollie dvd now...

What the heck you on about? IT IS THE BIBLE!

Granted its a sad moment in a long list, at least he got to see animation mature and then fall, and then mature again, and then bloody change!! And all because of the 9 men ;)

This is super depressing. I loved the 9 old men.

For anyone who hasn't seen Frank and Ollie, go rent it now. Great documentary. I've been pining to see it again for a while now, and now I really want to watch it again.

I'm going to Disney World in May. I wonder if they'll have anything in rememberance. These guys were true pioneers of the time
