UserCP -> Edit Avatar -> Upload or Supply URL (which will be uploaded as well).
80x80, 100kb. I think jpeg, jpg, gif, and png are supported.

I had it set to 80x140 before, which I may still do. For now, 80x80 is what it is (just like before).

well if I did 80x140 thats the limits you'd have to stay in. Whatever shape you come up with from there is up to you.
For now, lets stay with what it was before.
