First UV map I have ever done, ever. BUT CAN I SKIN IT?

More to the point, can I skin it without my Wacom tablet? It's at the fixers for now, but I am giving this a shot anyway.

And now!

I don't think I know what I'm doing. Any help would be seriously appreciated

His front is thinny and long - needs to be a little bit more massive and shorter , non ?

Nice model , mesh looks cool.

Well actually the blue shark is more skinny and doofy looking:

I'm having a hard time keeping the brushes under control and not getting seams, and stuff like that. Skinning isn't as easy as I thought it would be!

You weren't kidding - What the hell!?...

Specular, vary the colour a bit (pick it from the ref?). Try and make the eye look like its in a socket rather than the current southpark look.

Rotate your model to that angle and compare the differences maybe.
