the video lags up for me a lttle in [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

love Amano's works. such freedom with his lines.
though his Final Fantasy stuff isnt my most liked. probably about the middle in those terms.

Amano is THE MAN. I must have three or four of his art books, and am admittedly a FF fanboy. Would any of you by any chance know where someone can buy prints of his work outside of otaku shops in Akihabara? The only things I ever see for sale are either very small or outrageously expensive...

second the demand for amano prints. I have the book of HIS prints, I think mostly litho reproductions of paintings? and it's fanfreakingtastic. I've been hooked on his style since FF3/6.

I'm especially impressed at how unabashedly feminine his scenes, patterns, and characters are - a characteristic that seems pretty rare these days. I guess that assessment is up for debate.
