here's a model i started for the last cgchat contest. you had to do a cowboy, ninja, pirate, or viking. i chose a zombie cowboy with his horse that was blown to bits.
the horse is modeled but not textured at all. the cowboy's texture is still very much wip (especially his hands and legs). i'm going to try to finish him this weekend. cc is always welcome.

The model and texture look dead on with the concept (except for the minor changes you did), damn well done, finish it up! Can't wait to see the impaled horsey!

most importantly to me, you nailed the look and feel of the eyes from concept to model. Some people just dont get it.

real nice piece. cartoony and western two of my favorites. Im just not feeling that hat, doesnt seem to fit him nicely
