No problem, we love the french! There are even a few frenchies here on the board who could probably translate any particular problematic questions you have.

To start off with, you might want to check out my website, www.poopinmymouth.com/tutorial/tutorial.htm Start with the beginner video and then watch the Low poly character series. I'm working on a second series, but only the first three are currently up.

Secondly, try this archived thread of tutorials,

Deffinatly a combo of the help files, Poop's tutorials, other tuts around the net, and just practicing and playing in Max is the best way to learn.

LOL. Well if you're learning Max you've already shot yourself in the foot. Hehe, only kidding. Good luck, man. Google is your friend. There are plenty of tutorials and communities out there.

Try these sites for a start...

Oh and if you are French you might want to check out XSI as well. Softimage is a French-Canadian company so there are plenty of French XSI users out there. I'm sure Max has its fair share as well though.

See B1ll, the french CAN speak normal!

Welcome to the boards, though I would'nt say it's a MAX tutorial site. Read the help files, and hang around cgchat.com also.
