Good Day, I've been working with 3D(3ds max7) for awhile now, but unfortunately not long enough... I am trying to make a torso for a low poly character, but I have this problem. I have done tutorials for Roughing out a torso.. then later Smoothing it with for example Turbo smooth which blows up the polycount I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips, or maybe a link to a tutorial which teaches you how to create a low poly torso ^^

Heres a pick of the character im creating

Lose the turbosmooth. You should never ever use a smooth algorithm on a realtime model in my opinion.
