SENIOR 3D MODELER

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Position Type: Staff Position

Job Summary:
The senior 3D Modeler will be an instrumental player within organization involved with the development of assets, techniques and pipelines for various internal and external development projects for the company.

Qualifications:
-->Very strong modeling skills (Polygons, Subdivision Surfaces, Nurbs)
-->Must be able to model both low and hi poly
-->Must have knowledge of modeling for animation and deformation
-->Experience with UV Editing techniques
-->Experienced in lighting and texturing
-->Must be very proficient in creating Normal Maps
-->Ability to model both organic and hard surface models
-->Ability to train and develop lower skilled modelers
-->Must be able aid in production planning
-->Must be able to troubleshoot existing pipeline issues
-->Must have experience in game production or be familiar with game production techniques
-->High level of proficiency in Maya (ancillary experience with 3DS Max is a plus)
