That is pretty sweet, I'd love to see a series of them with all the characters. (Like all those Marilyn/James Dean/ Sinatra/etc ones)

well the image is hosted with a bunch of "funny" images, you know the sort. So it seems the hostee found it and want's to pimp. The original artist may never be known.

Jose Emroca Flores is the original artist
this was part of an art exhibit named "i am 8-bit"
this painting is actually still available for $2000.
