thanks for the post guys...i know the concept is cliche but this is the client's concept so i can't change it...i was hoping for some technical feedback like...what's off with the proportions and if my polys are in the right place or if i'm using too much polys....etc...

I don't think LOL is a very nice crit..
if you can, post the concepts, and front/side views. If the concepts are someone elses, you might need to redraw them a bit to fix the anatomy issues, and maybe strengthen the concept a bit. At first glance though, the arms and hips are the biggest problem in my eyes, best to check out some ref.

I would recommend buying a few good anatomy books. And check your proportions from the start.

nice start anyway.

I am already using a Poser Model as reference for proportion. So far...everything seems to line up....Could someone just tell me what's wrong with my model?

maybe if u could post a front and side view it would be easier to say whats up.

besides from any anatomy issues (arms little short maybe, crouch area also looks off. specially how the legs connect to the torso. something going on at the back of the knee but hard to see) i think the model is a little dull, maybe add some more details to the geometry, mode looks a bit flat to me at the moment.
