Was there a poly limit? The handle seems like it could be rounder on the sides. But other than that, yep, it looks like a Swiss Army Knife.

Is it rigged to animate with the scissors opening and closing and whatnot?

No, there was no poly limit. I just did it real
quick for someone i know on msn. He said it
was for a school project....dunno about that..
The scissors can open and close and stuff, but
im not going to do anything with it, it was made
so the guy could see [from all views] what a
swiss army knife loosk like..I didn't ask
questions, it just seemed like fun . I guess
its just another one of those things you do when
your hella bored XD.

The scissors part is very nice, highly original. That said I think this isn't exactly a typical swiss army knife, more a Lady Version. The real Swiss Army Knife looks more like this:
http://www.swissarmy.com/holiday03promo_altimeter.cfm
Tho the Altimeter and the translucent Grips are something new, the other parts are original. Of course there are much more versions, and some of them are featureing a hundred functions and tools, those are the real fat ones.
Anyway, personally I prefere the version that has a saw included, because it's made of good steel (unlike most chinese copies made of soft metal) and even cuts heavy iron chains (as I can confirm )

Also check out the site of victorinox, the swiss company:

looks good, but the edges really should be a lot rounder.

Interesting selection on that site... but I draw the line at putting batteries in a pocket knife

cspgames: that's the keychain version of the SAK. I have one in my pocket atm. Good job, enix - it looks spot on. I agree that the body edges could be rounded a bit, and mine has a toothpick and tweezers that slip into the body at the end opposite the keyring. Looks like a fun little model for some practice.

Well, the red base is kinda round. It was formed
from a box, and the top of it was beveled. You
just can't see it cause i didnt smooth it. The ref
I used did have a tooth pick, but i didnt think it
was nessesary to model in. Thanks for the comment ^_^.

[and ya, it was pretty fun .]
