Alright, time to start on another character.
Decided to go for a smaller one and to design it myself this time.

Gonna let it rest and make the final version later.
I like the colors of the left image on the top row and the right image on the middle row
My criticism would be on Mushroom Dude's ear, the helix of it is looking a little bulgey.

edit: oh for the color palette, I really dig the bottom right and mid right. I could see him hanging in an enchanted forest. The blue/purple concepts remind me of a smurf :P

Gave the eyes some emissive already to check how it's gonna look.

Maybe the only thing that I don't like 100% is the thick black contour around the character silhouette (I would make it a little thinner), but I guess is something "wanted" and that probably also depend of the shader you used in Marmoset. :poly121:
And yeah Ash, that's something some people really like and other really hate. But good to know you would not leave it out, but make it a little thinner instead. Thanks!
