Here is the first HP Modeling Pass. I would like some critiques before I send it to z-brush.

Are you familiar with modeling high poly guns in zbrush? I'm not sure if this base mesh will cooperate very well but I've seen it done before. Judging by your portfolio, I would suggest modeling the high poly using sub-D's so you can get a hang of topology and edge flow. You can always move onto zBrush later, I just fear you are trying to run before you walk. Practice doesn't make perfect, *perfect* practice makes perfect.

The clipping between the cylinders and the receiver looks unbelievable, they could meet in a more mechanically fitting way.

I know you didn't make it, but the concept is childlike. If your objective is learning, you might find it easier to make a real gun because the design is guaranteed to function and you'll be able to get reference for every part.

I will post some pictures of wire frame. And Yes I am following that tutorial. He does not go through step by step modeling, he just teaches techniques for modeling so I am still doing it on my own not just mimicking his moves.

When I stopped last night it was really late and I forgot to add the trigger and its cage. Here is an updated image of it, also a wire frame.
