  Skilled labor, and even then those numbers are low for such a high profile character.
  
  Consider how many years of hard work it takes to get that good, and add a well-honed artistic eye as well.
  
  Few are the artists who can create at that level.

  I guess you are right, i mean characters from modern games look really really good but i didn't know that it is that much work to create one...
