Hey there, this is my first polycount competition entry. Here is some quick concept art for my escaped mental asylum patient. She's a little unhinged as you can see. I'm working on some polished concept art of her and then i'll get cracking on the modelling and rigging! I'll probably be using UDK for the game engine but I may end up going with unity, we'll see

Here is my finished concept for my character.

Starting to model her now. I'll be using a combination of Maya and Zbrush. I'm gonna try the maya base mesh to Zbrush for more detail then retopo and high to low poly baking pipeline for this.

Back in Maya now and here is the low poly model with its normal map baked from the high poly sculpt in Zbrush. Now on to rigging and textures!

Texturing and Rigging is underway! Still have a lot of tweaking to do but i'm excited with how it's looking so far. Now it's time to add some blood :P

Here's a screenshot of her in unity. No Spec map yet as I can't currently download the strumpy shader editor

Been working on her rig too so soon I will be able to pose her

Finished the textures. Now on to weight painting and getting her into her final pose. I'm pretty happy with her so far but let me know if there are any improvements you think I should make.

I think i'm finally finished! I wont be submitting it until the last minute yet, just in case there are some changes I want to make but right now I am pretty chuffed with the character I have made.

I will be animating her and getting her working in the unity game engine so I will post a link to that when i'm done.

Great job, its the first entry i've seen thats solely a character. The bloodied pink bunny slippers are a nice touch. :thumbup:

Hey there. There's been some amazing entries to this competition. Can't wait to see who wins although I have a favourite that I hope will get it (no it's not me :P).

Here's a new render I did. Just changed the lighting a bit to pick up her spec map a bit more
