Im currently exploring cryengine and decided to make something inspired from all thoose modern ruins pages.
Heres what i came up with so far.

The only complaint I have is with the brick texture. The reds of the brick are too dark, and the grout is far too bright. It's really distracting for me.
Sure, in real life it could happen, but this being art, we deal as much in aesthetic as we do in recreation.
Look, for instance, at something like this:
The brick and the grout are much closer together, brightness wise.
Not to mention the fact that yours is in ruins, and probably stained and darkened by the years; in my experience, sometimes the grout even gets darker than the reds of the brick, or fills largely with moss, if given the chance to fall into complete disrepair.
A quick fix, though, would just be to lower the contrast in the texture. Even it out a bit, and this will look amazing.
For an accident we have no rubble or flame tracks.
The first picture is nice but the house in the background looks weird.
The house is unnatural more like a film setting.
