I am going to try and do something for Doom Bringer
I may do more items for him if I have time, for now I am just going to focus on the Helm, Shoulders, and Belt.
Here is my rough concept:

The one on the bottom right looks badass! As does the top right one.
The one you have on the character right now is some great out of the box thinking, but I find it makes him look a bit too fat and stubby because with the bigger head proportions, everything else is thrown off, proportions wise.

Here's where I'm currently at with this guy, all still WIP.
I'm hot happy with the surface treatment of the horns, I will be messing with those a bit more.
Thanks: cakeypigdo and Futashia
Spudnik: Thanks, and I'll see if I can mess with the proportions a bit.
yeah BoBo, Doom Bringer is quite popular (and bad-ass), all the cool kids are making one ;)

Nice work looking smooth, I really like the belt.

Looks great though you should put some placeholder temporary geo at those locations around his head and back as I think you'll have all types of clipping hell to deal with, don't get me wrong I love this but I've been running into issues and I thought I made a safe design but some animations don't play well with my shoulder pieces and I've planned to keep them from clipping but they still clip, I am understanding more why they designed the original pieces like they did, Just a heads up.
Best of luck with it, can't wait to see them bakes!
Edit:
I could be wrong and you planned ahead but either way I tried.

Almost done with the textures, I still have to do a clean up pass on it all and make all the weird DOTA 2 masks. The textures are not game resolution... ...yet.
