Id much rather play on a smaller area centered on my screen than having it upscaled and blurry to fullscreen.

I tried disabling upscaling in nVidia control panel and it adds a black border but it still upscales..

Anyone know how to do this? Ive seen it before but never knew how to enable it

Go figure, I figured it out literally seconds after I posted this.

Any of you who are curious make sure you set the scaling option to "GPU" instead of display

I was pushing the ugrids through the roof on skyrim because I absolutely cannot stand loading pop ins

I had to sacrifice some res. I don't like windowed mode because my desktop is distracting :P
