Hello everyone,

I have lurked on here for awhile, and wanted to get my sketchbook thread started.

I'm hoping to get a lot of feedback from everyone, thanks for checking it out and I will try to keep this updated.

I'll try to make kind of chronological.

Tile-able floor texture, tiled 3x3

And here is a speed sculpt I had spend a few extra hours on. The render is fairly poor since my machine is still slow. I may retoppo this one and make a full character.

Here is one of the projects I have started over break. I'm going to finish this character.

Here is the sculpt with some proportions adjusted and legs added. I will be making some kind of clothes for him as well and possibly a low poly.

Using Chimpanzees as reference a lot. Let me know what you think.

Thanks guys, and yea Thunder, I was going for a sort of uncanny creepy vibe from this guys, and chimp anatomy is just human enough to be creepy ha.

Hey guys here is a little work I have done on the Simian character I will be doing the low poly this weekend most likely. Any crit is appreciated it.

Sweet work man. In your simian character, I'd have loved to see more actual chimp muscle anatomy working in here. Right now I guess the hybrid is working, but a lot of your details get muddy, especially in the clavicle and in the abdominal area.

This guy knows what I'm talking about. Basically, I just think you can push it further.

Here is some progress on the Soldier character. Classes will begin shortly so it may be awhile before I post more progress.

The boots need to be completely redone still. let me know what you guys think.

I've been spending most of my time recently working as my teams scripter and working with the Unreal engine. I will have some game-play from our upcoming game shortly.

I haven't had much spare time to work on the Soldier character but here is a quick update and render of the Thompson gun I would like him to be using, I still have a few parts to finish.

I really enjoy a lot of the hard surface stuff here on PC, so and crits would be more than appreciated.

Hey guys, here is a quick progress render of the TommyGun. I'm hoping to have the finished fairly soon.

Thompson guns seem to be a fairly common model. So I am hoping to step this model up a bit to make it worth adding to a portfolio.

any C&C would be very appreciated.

Wow over 2 years since posting last! I've actually been up to stuff, promise. A little over a year ago I got a gig at TerraSim here in Pittsburgh. Most of my day job is environment art so I've been trying to get back into sculpting.
