Black spazzles in AO (max)

Hi, i recently run across a problem of black spazzles/dots popping up in my AO bakes in 3dsmax at random, and i can't get them away.

Sometimes it can be really extreme

I'm rendering from a high poly with scanline lighttracer, super sampler, and cage of course. The above case was just 2 planes (or rather 2 cylinder lids)
Does anyone know what could be wrong?

I know there is xnormal, but due to the constantly changing project i do, doing all the exporting over and over again when something changes would be a nuisance, that's why i seek for a "max internal" solution.
