To start, I'll post the latest thing I have been working on. I've been experimenting and trying to achieve a stylized/hand-painted - PBR hybrid style. I started practicing by making a common wood plank, what do you think of it?

The building is made of 4 modular assets, which can be combined in different ways to form different buildings.
Modeled in Maya, textured entirely procedurally in Substance Designer and presented in Unreal Engine 4.
