Skeletal mesh Second UV channel, Help needed

Yo fellas.

I recently created a flag mesh with cloth tassles. I have 2 UV sets on it, the first for the base diffuse detail and the second for my baked lightmap and normal map. I have done this loads with a static mesh and never had a problem so I have no idea why I am getting errors with a skeletal mesh.

The error I am having is that my skeletal mesh HAS the second UV channel and I have it set to use UV set 2 in the mat editor (UV channel 2 in max UV channel 1 in UDK). But for some reason the mesh will not use the second UV channel in UDK, even though everything is set as usual. It is driving me mad. Any help would be apreciated as I am running out of ideas,

Could this be something to do with the ActorX plugin I used or is it a peculiarity of skeletal meshes?
