TF2 workshop/mod: Looking for Texture Artist

Hi!

I'm happy to have finally joined Polycount. One of the reasons I decided to join was to team up with a texture artist or a group to create TF2 items with.

I've been working with TF2 for a while to learn the ins and outs of modifying its game content, while also learning how to create 3d models with blender in my spare time. I'm finally able to create TF2 items. The only problem? I suck at texturing.

Which is where I need a texture artist. I have "finished" models lying around in my desktop, which I finally want to release with a good looking texture. I also want to work on the unfinished models, knowing they will get a kick-ass texture later.

Knowledge/Experience I bring:
- 3d models (duh)
- import tool
- modifying ingame content, compiling/decompiling models, creating ready-to-go vpks
- facial flexes

Things I'm currently weak at:
- jigglebones (Freakin' hate those, but I'm working on them)
- particle system (I'm learning it for a specific weapon in the future)
- UV unwrapping (I think it would be best if that was done by the texture artist him/herself, but we can talk about it as I have "decent" knowledge of it)

Knowledge/Experience I need from the texture artist:
- textures (duh)
- texturing with TF2's unique style, knowing how it works
- normal maps
- how to make selected areas in a texture paintable
- how to make selected areas partially or fully transparent
- import tool (so there are no clashes between what you see and what I see)
