Decal in a window (How To)

Hey guys!
I'm doing a restaurant in Unreal for a client and I need to stick a decal in a window with very precise measure. I did look on the internet to find a tutorial but it just does not work with the defered decal option...
How would you guys proceed to do this? What I need is some text in the window and the capacity to see trough the window from one side, that's it!
